Auto Expo 2010 is coming!! The 10th Auto Expo will be organized jointly by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Auto Expo is India's and Asia's largest automotive show which will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 5th January to 11th January, 2010. With the launch of Tata Nano, India has become the global hub for its cost competitive and technologically advanced automotive products. The exhibitors list for Auto Expo 2010 has been uploaded on the official Auto Expo website. It is held every two years and is an useful platform for manufacturers to showcase their products to the public.
The German government has announced an official German pavilion at Auto Expo 2010. German companies in the automotive industry will benefit from the very attractive and interesting conditions within the official pavilion. Some of the major car companies are General Motors, Honda, BMW, Audi, Tata, Maruti, Mahindra, Renault, Toyota, Skoda, Volkswagen and Mercedes.
Tata Motors, keeping with tradition, will take up the largest space of 5,500 sq.m with Maruti Suzuki not too far behind with nearly 4,700 sq.m. Hyundai’s is pretty significant with 2,000 sq.m while M&M, which is expected to focus on its commercial vehicle range, has booked space for nearly 2,100 sq.m. at the Auto Expo 2010.

As far as bikes are concerned no launches are expected to happen at Auto Expo, 2010. Major bike companies are Hero Honda, Bajaj, Honda, TVS, Mahindra, Harley Davidson and Yamaha.Though all the leading manufacturers have launched many new products in 2009 in India.
